Orders will ship within 5-7 business days for in stock merchandise. If the product is not available you will be notified via e-mail.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
All orders will be shipped by UPS or by common carrier weekdays Monday through Friday. Best possible shipping method will be determined and shipping costs will be added to your invoice. Damage claims are the responsibility of the customer. There is an $8.00 drop ship fee per order plus the cost of shipping.
All packages are shipped UPS with no signature required, unless a signature is requested at the time the order is placed at a cost of $2.50 per shipment.
If a package is lost or stolen with no signature required, UPS will not cover it and Achla Designs will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. Call 1-800-626-1114 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
WARRANTIES:
All Achla Designs products are covered by a 90-Day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required in order to file a warranty claim.
RETURNS:
All returns require a Return Authorization number, which will be provided by calling 800-626-1114. All returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In order for credit to be issued merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. The drop ship fee and original freight cost are not refundable.
All requests for Return Authorization must be requested within 15 days of purchase.
